Whether you want to complain about a bad service or make a compliment to a world leader. You can visualize and discover places around you by using the map or the list feature. Write complaints and compliments about institutions and companies. You can upload photos to back up your comments. Use ghost mode to participate anonymously. Use the follow feature to see what your friends are talking about. You can follow a company in order receive notifications about promotions and also to know what people are saying about them. Use the search bar to look for businesses and people. Check the rating of specific institutions to see where they rank among Klaient users. Any user can create a new company following an approval process by the Klaient team. Use Recommended option to see what Klaient suggests as a place to go. Filter by categories to narrow businesses that will be shown on the map.
